            January personal income rose 0.3% versus expectations of +0.2%; personal spending was up 0.4% versus estimates of +0.1%.

            The February Markit PMI came in at 57.1 versus January’s reading of 53.7.

            The February ISM manufacturing index was reported at 53.2 versus forecasts of 51.9.

            January construction spending rose 0.1% versus consensus of -0.2%.

                February vehicle sales were virtually flat (down very slightly).
